The project is located in Xiejiahe Area, the central area of Neijiang New City, and the land around the intersection of No. 9 Road and No. 10 Road, covering an area of 344000 square meteers. It is close to the Tuojiang River, 3.6 kilometers from the old city in the southeast and 4.5 kilometers from the planned high-speed railway station in the east. In the planning, the horizontal axis of the new district is taken as the central development axis, and sports and cultural facilities are arranged along the river, combined with the ecological landscape along the river, to create a new image of the city along the Tuojiang River. The project combines the construction of the Tuojiang River shoreline to create a variety of open waterfront Spaces. The design uses the layout of cascade buildings to achieve a good view of the river, through the organization of small neighborhoods, to build a variety of interfaces, set up a regional landmark, show the image of Neijiang New City.
